I am looking to share office space with an established family oriented business or to joing together with similiar to find reasonable space to share. I can afford $300mo max, and need around 300sq ft to include 1 office space, access to a lobby for clients, access to kitchenette, and bathrooms.

I run a busy tutoring service, my business is booming, and I need a central location. Need someone with similiar customer base to share space with.
